Poynton - The funeral of Mr John Raymond Poynton of Kalimna, will be held at the Lakes Entrance Mechanics Hall, Mechanics Street, Lakes Entrance on Tuesday (Oct. 20th), 2026 at 11.00am. Poynton - John Raymond, of Kalimna, formerly Mandurah, W.A. 11th August 1950 - 2nd October 2026 Tragically passed away after a sudden illness. Dearest soulmate of his wife Kay. Much loved Dad, of Sharon, Nathan, Melanie, Michael, and Kelly. Adored Poppy of thirteen Grandchildren and four Great Grandchildren. Loved and respected by his three brothers, six sisters and all his in-laws, nieces and nephews. Deeply cared for by his mother-in-law, Dorothy. A wonderful friend to many. A warm, loving and gentle soul, who touched so many throughout his life. We will all miss him and his guitar so much. Rest peacefully my sweet.
