Murray - John Frederick ‘Jack’, of Bairnsdale. Passed away peacefully after a short illness on 12th July 2025, at Bairnsdale Regional Hospital. Loved husband of Jan (dec.) and brother to Lorna (dec.), Lennie (dec.), Graham (dec.) and Kevin. Son of Jean and Frederick (both dec.). With a circle of friends that included the fire brigade, fishing, social clubs and former business contacts he was kept busy in retirement. Cherished father of Aaron and Belinda. Respected and loved father-in-law to Sue and Abel. Adored Grandpa to Oliver. Reunited with Mum. Dad. All the years spent setting an example for me to follow in life will be priceless to me. Your welcoming of Sue into the family was greatly appreciated. The jokes about “the favorite daughter in law” were many and will be treasured. A life well lived and your acceptance when your time with us was complete showed your strength. Now with our beloved mother and mother-in-law Jan. Your loving son Aaron & daughter-in-law Sue. Dad. My confidante. My guide. My mentor. My Dad for 54 years. Our lives were enriched having you as a Dad, Father-in-law and most of all, a Grandpa.
