Murphy - Requiem mass for the repose of the soul of Mr James ‘Jim’ William Theodore Murphy of Bairnsdale, will be offered at St Mary’s Catholic Church, Bairnsdale on Monday (Feb. 11) at 10.30am. The funeral will leave the church at the conclusion of prayers for the Bairnsdale Lawn Cemetery. Loving father and father-in- law to Jamie, Catherine, Kevin, Bernard and Donna. Grandad to Ryan, Liam, Conor, Adrienne and Hannah. Dad, what is there to say that hasn’t been said? A strong role model who always taught us that your opinion, right or wrong is your own and can’t be taken from you. You did it pretty hard the last couple of years and knew better than anyone that you were wearing out. When the tears stop and we know they will eventually, know that you will never be forgotten as long as we live. Dearly loved husband of Teresa. Almost 30 years of love and companionship shared.
