Ron, a fine gentleman with a beautiful soul came into our lives 50 years ago. He
gave constant love, care and unfailing devotion to both our late Mum, Elsie, and to
us children. These wonderful memories will remain as we recall the happy family
living at Wallace Street, numerous holidays and social gatherings, involvement in
music events and Ron’s genuine love for one another. Ron’s commitment in his
Faith in God and to his new family was always evident in his daily life. Ron, now
home resting in the everlasting arms of Jesus Christ, his personal Saviour, has now
received the greatest gift in life and reunited in heaven with Mum, Ken and David.
For ever loved and remembered by his step - family Ann, Judith, Ashlee,
Christopher, Megan, Mark, Hayden and Jemma.
Passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2019.

Ron, our very special and so dearly loved stepfather and Grandpa. We will
remember and treasure those many years we had with you, admiring how you
shared everything with Mum from caravan holidays, gardening, country music,
service to your Church and being the champion of card games. How very much we
are going to miss your cheerful smiling face and the love and happiness you
showed to all of us. We know you are now at peace being re-united with Mum in
God’s heavenly care.

Ron, you came into lives when we needed another father figure. You loved and
cared for Mum and us in a very special way which never will be forgotten and that
gave us so much joy and happiness. Ron, you were a devoted husband to Mum for
49 years and father to us and you will be remembered to us every day as we drive
your car around. Reunited with Mum and Rest In Peace.
