Chapman - Jeffrey Bernard, of Eagle Point. 4th September 1953 - 15th January 2026 With heavy hearts we share the passing of my beloved husband Jeffrey, father of Simon, Michael, and Kaitlyn. Father-in-law to Crystal, Shae, and Adam. Poppy to Shannae, Illy, Myla, Layla, Indie, Lachie, and Ryder. Passed away in his sleep, after a short illness. His life had been active, full and adventurous. With fun and lots of friends along the way. A knowledgeable person who could talk about many of life’s trials and errors. Will be missed by one and all. Loved dearly and remembered forever in our hearts. Kris and family. In keeping with Jeffrey’s own wishes, a private cremation has been held.
