Funeral Arranger and ConductorA rewarding career opportunity exists with our family owned funeral business. We are offering a full time position that would best suit someone with existing experience as a funeral arranger and conductor. We are prepared to consider and train applicants without relevant funeral experience.We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, a level of competency with the english language, and the ability to work closely with others as part of a team.Day to day tasks include:Arranging and conducting funeral services and all aspects of completing funeral arrangements. This involves dealing with government departments, cemetery trusts and other funeral service providers, along with varied admin. duties.Assisting with transfer work from hospitals, care facilities and other places.Some vehicle cleaning and general maintenance work when required.The successful applicant would be required outside of normal working hours, from time to time.
